How it works?
Implant Placement: We gently put small titanium screws in your jaw where your tooth is missing. These screws act like new roots for your new tooth.
Bone Connection: Your jawbone naturally bonds with these screws, making them super sturdy. This fusion process ensures your new tooth stays in place just like your natural ones.
Connector Added: We attach small connectors (abutments) to the implants, sticking up a bit from your gums. These connectors are like anchors for your new tooth.
Tooth Added: Finally, we place your custom-made new tooth (crown, bridge, or denture) onto the connectors. Now, you have a strong, natural-looking set of teeth that are securely in place and ready for you to enjoy!
When you lose your natural teeth, your jawbone and surrounding tissues start to resorb or disappear over time. When implants are placed in the jaw, they stimulate the remaining bone to grow and mesh around the metal, along with tiny blood vessels, preventing bone loss.
Retained bone structure prevents the face from acquiring a ‘sunken’ look.
Implants help restore function so you can eat, chew and bite as usual.

Prior to my experience with Peacock Dental Spa, dentists were to be avoided until absolutely necessary due to bad experiences elsewhere. Everyone here is friendly, professional, helpful and very understanding with someone as nervous as I initially was, in my opinion the quality of the dental work I have received from them has been exemplary.I have only been a patient for a relatively short period of time but during this I have gained a huge amount of confidence and comfort of dental procedures, primarily due to Mike and Katy who both have a sense of humour when working with you, which I find alleviates any anxiety or tension I have previously experienced. It’s also obvious that they do everything they can to ensure you receive the best care possible.I have never been pressured into having work done that wasn’t necessary and wouldn't think of even going anywhere else now.
Katy was an absolute delight. I came in because a deep filling I'd had done elsewhere was setting off my nerves. It was causing me extreme pain. My NHS dentist couldn't fit me in for over a month, so I found Peacock Dental Spa.Katy was able to relieve the pain in the first visit after my NHS dentist hadn't at their emergency appointment. She removed the original filling and I paid for a root canal. The price is the price and you can make your own judgements on that; but everything else was fantastic. There are little differences here like how You're greeted, what they offer you while you're waiting. But ultimately the Dentist themselves, Katy in my case, was fantastic. I felt very much felt at ease, she communicated everything really well. I definitely felt she went above and beyond to solve my pain and get even the most awkward parts of my root canal solved. It didn't feel rushed.Let me know if you start taking NHS patients :)
What lovely caring and kind staff at peacock. Today's visit was a long one but I felt really well looked after and didn't feel anything. Bonus is the 'other' treatments. Such a great idea! Thankyou all!
Not gonna lie from start to finish of my first appointment here, it was really good - Great customer service and very welcoming. Went to get a re-root canal treatment done and so far the first stage went well. Shout out to Natalie, Katy and Lucy. Keep it up :)
I visited for an emergency appointment for a tooth extraction. Firstly, everyone I met was absolutely lovely and so welcoming which really put me at ease as an anxious patient. Mike and Lucy were brilliant throughout my treatment, explaining everything thoroughly and letting me have a breather when I needed it. I would highly recommend, especially if you are nervous about dental treatment.
I visited for 1st time today having been recommended by a friend. My experience was not like any dentist I have ever had treatment in before. Comfort and care was their priority. All the staff were welcoming and knowledgeable. I went in with apprehension and came out with confidence an a clear plan for my treatment going forward. I have never been to such an amazing dentist before. I have high anxiety around going to the dentist. Peacock dental spa was recommended to me by a friend who told me how inclusive they are to meet all clients needs. I needed a filling replacing and a tooth repaired. Katie worked miracles with my tooth which was previously black all over. It looks brand new. Katie was so patient and kept me informed throughout the appointment what was happening and met all of my needs. Natalie made sure everything ran smoothly before, during and after my appointment. Both of these ladies are so approachable, friendly and professional and made my experience of the dentist completely positive. I will never go anywhere else for any treatments or checkups in the future.

A wonderful experience from the minute you walk through the door to the minute you leave. The team make you feel welcome and warm. Very professional and a pain free journey.
