You don’t need to be registered with us.
We can usually see you on the same day (Mon-Fri).

If you require emergency dental treatment, you should ask to see a dentist as soon as possible.

At our practice, we offer appointments for all dental emergencies from toothache to lost or broken crowns, chipped teeth and fillings to abscesses, trauma, avulsed teeth and facial swelling.

We can take care of your injuries to ensure you heal quickly and more effectively, ensuring that you avoid additional dental problems and complications in the future.

What does the fee for the emergency appointment cover?

We do whatever is necessary to give you relief from your immediate symptoms, this may include an extraction, a temporary filling, or a recementing of a crown.
A thorough examination and diagnosis of your issue is completed, but we don’t carry out a full mouth examination. We just concentrate on your immediate need.
Permanent fillings are not usually carried out.
X-rays are included in the fee.
Clinically necessary antibiotics are also included.

Is this an NHS service?

No, we are fully private.

How much does it cost for an emergency appointment?

Please see our fees guide.

Will I have to pay any more?

Unlikely. We can usually get you out of pain for the fee paid. If we don’t think we can do that, we will inform you beforehand.

If you have several problems, we address the one causing you pain and encourage you to come back for a comprehensive assessment.

Do you do denture repairs?

No. You’d best see a denture repair laboratory for that. We can give you details.

I have my own dentist, but can’t see them soon enough. Does that matter?

No. We can see you sooner and let your dentist know what we have done.

I am a member of your practice. Is the emergency appointment free?

Yes. Patients on one of our prescribed memberships get free emergency appointments, but they may need to pay for definitive treatment.

Not gonna lie from start to finish of my first appointment here, it was really good - Great customer service and very welcoming. Went to get a re-root canal treatment done and so far the first stage went well. Shout out to Natalie, Katy and Lucy. Keep it up :)

I visited for an emergency appointment for a tooth extraction. Firstly, everyone I met was absolutely lovely and so welcoming which really put me at ease as an anxious patient. Mike and Lucy were brilliant throughout my treatment, explaining everything thoroughly and letting me have a breather when I needed it. I would highly recommend, especially if you are nervous about dental treatment.

I visited for 1st time today having been recommended by a friend. My experience was not like any dentist I have ever had treatment in before. Comfort and care was their priority. All the staff were welcoming and knowledgeable. I went in with apprehension and came out with confidence an a clear plan for my treatment going forward. I have never liked going to the dentist, but now cannot wait for my treatment to begin. Highly recommend Peacocks

I have never been to such an amazing dentist before. I have high anxiety around going to the dentist. Peacock dental spa was recommended to me by a friend who told me how inclusive they are to meet all clients needs. I needed a filling replacing and a tooth repaired. Katie worked miracles with my tooth which was previously black all over. It looks brand new. Katie was so patient and kept me informed throughout the appointment what was happening and met all of my needs. Natalie made sure everything ran smoothly before, during and after my appointment. Both of these ladies are so approachable, friendly and professional and made my experience of the dentist completely positive. I will never go anywhere else for any treatments or checkups in the future.

A wonderful experience from the minute you walk through the door to the minute you leave. The team make you feel welcome and warm. Very professional and a pain free journey. However I don’t like it when Katie the dentist says something funny and I can’t laugh as her fingers are in my mouth ;-) Would highly recommend to anyone. Especially nervous and anxious people.
